"I have used them for several years and always satisfied but this time when they cleaned carpets the pet stains from my dog getting sick famed out but 2 days later they came back. Thay returned at no charge and cleaned again but ad before stains came back again. So know I am going to try chem dry and hopefully their process will be better."
