"We were in town to check out the murals downtown, and my daughter found this place! The food was really good, the price was inexpensive, the steak quesadillas were better than my carnitas! But I will definitely come back, plenty of room to sit, and the staff is very attentive, the food arrived super fast! Worth checking out!"

"What a surprise‼️ a friend, and I wanted to try this gem on the corner of downtown. The atmosphere as we walked in was that of an outdoor patio party. We served immediately. The food is authentic with a regional flair of Oxaca. If you want an extra touch to your Mexican dinner, go there, you will be glad you did!!"

"I arrived on a Saturday evening just before 6pm. They had a few tables, but they certainly didn't appear rushed. Nice decor overall; looks like a Tex Mex restaurant. When I walked in it was a bit confusing. I had to walk up to the bar and ask where to be seated, "Sit wherever you like." I was quickly brought a menu and I ordered. I got the combination platter #2 (Tamale and enchilada) with rice and refried beans. I received my food in about 15 minutes. The tamale was warm, but everything else was cold. The food was also a bit bland, but that isn't too surprising because it's in Rensselaer, IN. It was fine, but I probably won't come back."

"Decent place. Salsa that comes with the chips is a very small serving. Ordered the 3 meat Fajita plate. More peppers & onions than meat. The flavor was good."
