"We haven't been here since the new manager took over but we decided to give it a try and so glad we did. The service is much better than it was, our food was fresh and absolutely delicious! The staff was very great and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place another try you won't be disappointed. Crystine will make sure you have the best experience. Thank you to all the crew that was working yesterday our food was very good and service was fast and great!"
"Everytime I frequent this place the store manager Tricia is always so rude and so unfriendly! Makes people not want to go ver go back there! Also the night I was there, there was an employee passed out inside her car and they said it was due to medical, but I beg to differ, I am pretty sure it was an OD! So for stuff like this to go on and no one doing anything about it is absurd and ridiculous! I want good fresh clean food and not food made by irresponsible and rude and inconsiderate people! Someone needs to take better control of this store because this manager is out of control! I won’t be frequenting this store until something is done about her! She doesn’t belong in customer service until she can turn that frown upside down and learn to treat her customers, the ones paying her check in a friendly manner! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP THIS STORE!! EDIT: SINCE POSTING THIS REVIEW THE STORE HAS RECEIVED A NEW MANAGER AND THE SERVICE HAS BEEN SPECTACULAR! "I ordered a 2 piece box, extra crispy. Didn't have an option for dark or light meat, which they usually ask, and my leg was definitely extra crispy, as it was dry on the inside. This meal comes with 1 side of choice and a biscuit with a drink, I didn't get my biscuit, and the mashed potatoes weren't that great. I don't know if they were making substitutions or not, but they weren't the KFC mashed potatoes I've always got. Service wasn't bad, just not great. We used the drive thru so I can't really speak on the atmosphere inside."
