She numbed me so well that usually I think lip filler hurts but you could barely feel her injections. I was extremely happy with the look and overall experience."

"Lol "unlimited". Following up at a competitor that truly has unlimited sessions for less. Ideal turns the lasers down so they're not effective. I've had two treatments elsewhere and learned what laser is actually like...without any side effects. Ideal Image doesn't teach the importance of taking time and being thorough. I've gone to two Ideal locations in Indiana and both have this issue. This company is a scam and I am positive half the reviews are fake due to their Better Business rating. They constantly reschedule your appointments until you've only had a few of your treatments in the 16 month contract and then have to pay for more even though they have an "unlimited" agreement. They are literally ripping people off. It's almost as if they forget that they are also in a contract to provide a service that you pay for. They act like they are doing you a favor lolll."

"I really want to get rid of the stubborn fat that I have lingering after having kids. I couldn’t sleep one night so I started doing some research. I knew about the surgical procedure liposuction, but I didn’t know anything else was out there. I found the Ideal Image website and liked what I had read. I requested a call to discuss pricing and treatment. This was probably around 2-3am and I was called by 930am. Once I was talking to the representative she was SUPER nice and helpful. She was even able to schedule me for a Zoom consultation THAT NIGHT. When I took my call it was so easy, and relaxing. Eileen was SUPER nice as well and made the call very comfortable for my self esteem. We talked for a little bit, I did my exam, and then we moved onto treatment plan. Everything that was being said was in terms I could understand. I was thrilled that I was able to get a personal experience story as well. We went over my treatment plan and cost. I was surprised on how quick I would be done with treatment and extremely happy with the fact that there isn’t a long recovery time like with other methods. I decided I wanted to go forward with treatment and scheduled my treatments. With my schedule I wasn’t able to take the first available, HOWEVER, I was able to get in for my first session 9 days from my phone call. 9 DAYS! I was in shock. I thought that it would have been a lot longer of a wait to get in. I am extremely happy that I did my research and reached out for more information. I am excited to start my treatment and get my complete confidence back!"

"A year ago I did a consultation for services I was interested in. This is where the first major red flag hit. I was told that this was only a consultation, but scammed in to a legally binding contract for the amount of the services, all while I was led to believe nothing was set in stone. I tried to cancel after realizing what had happened. The bank could cancel their end, but Ideal Image contacted me and said I am still responsible to now pay THEM for the amount on the contract. After contacting corporate, I was offered the “exception” of a solution to reimburse the $299 portion of the fee that was for the membership. Mind you, at no point was I told this fee would be auto renewing every year. Had I known this I would have canceled the auto renewal immediately. Fast forward a year after my services are done. 6 days ago I get an email from one of my banks stating a payment was due. Odd, since that account had no charges on it, and hasn’t for months. I do not use this account, so I had no reason to check it until I got this notification. $299 charge from Ideal Image. I called immediately to get this resolved and was told by two different people that I’d be able to get reimbursed, only to get an email two days later stating that the fee was only refundable if you called within 30 days of the charge. I then sent an email every day for three days asking for an update with no response. I spoke to the highest person again to try to resolve this, and he told me there’s nothing he could do, and that the refund a year ago was a “special exception.” I am now out $299. When I told him I didn’t receive any mail, or emails letting me know the membership was going to be charged to my account, or even a confirmation that the membership was active for another year, or that the charge went through, his response to me was “you are opted out of emails.” I am opted out of MARKETING emails, but if a charge is being made to my account that does not qualify as a marketing email!! He refused to do anything to help. My only “solutions” were to transfer the credit to someone else, or use the benefits of the membership. Why would I want to do any more business with a place this shady, or expose someone I care about to this? I know a refund is an option, because I got one last year when things got shady. It depends on who you talk to and what kind of mood they’re in that day."
