"I bought some jewelry from here that I never opened or took out of the package it was lip rings and I dont have any face piercings at all, I bought the wrong product by mistake I take it back the next day to get my money back ( which by the way has no return policy listed in the store anywhere nor on the receipt) they denied my return the heavyset lady who claimed is the manager called another manager who wouldn't even let me speak too and they said the same thing. That it was against the law for them to take it back but they have it posted nowhere with these so called rules and dont tell customers when they purchase products about any such no return policy...I will never shop at their store again because anywhere that sells jewelry has never denied returning their product and that is their main products sold at claire's I recommend that if you dont want to loose out on your money to never shop here it's a waist of time and money for sure"
