"Pretty nice, good vibes and my therapist was really chill, not sure why it's rated so low"

"If you get miss Belle as your therapist she is wonderful!! She helped me work through the difficult emotions I was having and I am doing so much better after my visit here. It's not all flowers and chocolate, the atmosphere is drab and dreary. But it did allow me to have a time out from my life and realize what matters most. I know that hasn't been everyone's experience on here but it sure helped me."

"I want to say how racist the Ross's/Althea House in Birmingham is. This places receive $5000 per person from the government for houses while in Rehab (mewlw, snacks, utilities,. Etc...) The kitchen workers take home all the meat except the chicken, they take the patient food assistance, as well... (Why you get money to feed them already, these are state funded programs.) These places are like an adult babysitting facilities instead of getting the help they need. I have seen first hand how the color of your skin has a lot to do with your treatment. These two places are a joke and if I could get a hold of a TOP official then I would let them know a how lot more."

"Dr. Dryer shouldnt be an employee at this facility. She should be a patient. And she should get help in learning how to feel empathy for her fellow human beings. How to stop hiding behind her screen and nurse dude and be honest instead of lashing out in the worst way. She should learn how to regain trust in other people, no matter how much they scare her. You cant help heal others until you heal yourself. And if this is a case of her feeling burnt out, she needs to be honest, with herself and others. You failed me. Dont fail others unnecessarily. When you hurt someone that is relying on you for help and healing, reflect on your actions, learn from it, and dont let your guilt gnaw on you from the inside forever like mine has me. Know peace, know health, know healing. I suffered from an undeserved sense of guilt for things I hadnt even done or said and I can tell you its not a fun place to be. When you added to my struggles, it hurt me so much. Ive never felt so betrayed in my life and Ive been through a lot. The position youre in, you could help a lot of people. You could do so much good. Ive lost faith in the system because of this ordeal, but others havent. Be there for them rather than jumping to conclusions about them. There are a lot of people that need and deserve sincere empathy and if you cant do that for them then youre definitely in the wrong line of work."
