"Unreliable. Rude. Late. Lies. Was told someone would be out one a Monday they didn’t show up till Thursday at 6 pm said they had other customers that come first. When the question was asked why we couldn’t get an honest answer when they would be out. the owner said he did not have time to be treated like this and then told us he wasn’t a Mack dealer and to go somewhere else before even looking at our truck. They had just done a major service on the same truck 8 months prior with no issue of the brand. Full week of down time. Called Reeds in town within 24 hrs truck was diagnosed and taken in for a repair with full transparency and honestly I gladly handed them a fist full of cash when it was all said and done."
