"This is a very nice mobile home park. They have a beautiful community room and we were able to enjoy Thanksgiving there."
"Don't waste your time here. There is no accountability and little chain of command. They also have an overpopulation of feral cats and ducks. The sign says there is someone there everyday but 2 days she was at a different location without a sign on the door. 1 of those days, I was joined by 2 other families waiting on information as I was. We had a couple bumps during our application process which made it longer than expected but the lack of communication Tiffany offered is disappointing. We were excited to join this community but the level of professionalism we have received has started to make us reconsider."

"Small, pleasantly "homey" place. Just off a well-used, but not congested road. Mobile homes are not brand-spanking-new, but they are nice, welcome (and affordable!) alternative living quarters. The highlight of my visit was the on-site representative, Jennifer. She displayed in-depth knowledge of the place and the surrounding area. Jennifer was very professional, yet also extremely personable. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. Jennifer's demeanor is a far cry from the behavior of other property managers/ representatives where customer service, compassion and an eagerness to help is a foreign concept. Thank you!"
"Park is showing signs of it's age. Most trailers are very old. The landscaping needs a lot of work. Lots of traffic at night in and out of the park. Lot rent is as high as a house payment. Could be a good park with newer trailers, control of undesirable traffic, and a maintenance program on the property."
