"I cannot say enough amazing things about this studio! The staff I have interacted with have been respectful, helpful, and informative. I recently got a tattoo, my older daughter got a second piercing in both ears, and my younger daughter got new earrings for her already pierced ears. The staff were patient while they both tried to figure out what studs they wanted. Everything was explained to my older daughter while the piercing was happening and the aftercare requirements. The piercing artist answered all my questions but continued to direct statements towards my daughter to ensure she understood the expectations. It seems like such a small act but it really helped her feel more at ease and she felt special. I had been anxiously waiting for Nephilim to open and for availability to match, and I am so glad it worked out. My tattoo was done almost 3 weeks ago and it has healed amazingly and looks stunning. It’s a good thing I have ideas for more tattoos because I cannot wait to come back! Thank you everyone! You have really helped make my daughters’ (and my) day!"
