"I rarely leave bad reviews but in this case I think it is warranted. Let me start by saying everyone at the clinic was friendly. I have never been to physical therapy so I had no idea what to expect. The set-up is a little odd at this clinic since it is so small and a single open room. So you may be getting adjusted on a table with someone an arms length away. But the bigger issue is that I had no idea how expensive it is. They billed my insurance and after insurance paid their portion I paid close to $2000 for 14 visits and I am still dealing with an issue with my shoulder. I wish they had been a bit more forthcoming with the costs so I could have stopped coming after 4-5 visits. But I was hopeful..."

"I started my PT at Benchmark Physically Therapy in May for my right shoulder after having had rotator culf surgery. My experience was WONDERFUL! Taylor is a VERY SMART AND COMPASSIONATE young Lady! She KNOWS her stuff!!!! She was always engaging with me and very attentive to my needs! Richard is VERY good also!!! He is a very kind young man!! You can't lose with this team of Physical Therapists!!!"
