"I have come several times in the morning where it says it is open to find a closed office. I saw the maintenance man picking up trash but no one was in the office. Apparently they don't care to show up during office hours."
"I have lived here for over 6 years and absolutely love it here. Very friendly neighbors , maintenance Man and landlord. They do everything they can to keep everything up to date and feel safe. Highly recommend to anyone especially with kids. I love the little gifts given out to the kids for holidays, very sweet."

"The manager Brendie is so sweet hearted, open mind, and professional about her work and the maintenance staff Butch is very knowledgeable about issues and he always showed up before the end of the day to solve the issues. They are the sweetest persons that I met. The atmosphere is well maintained and neighbors are quiet. Only one problem that I had is bugs because the buildings are quite old. Thank you Brenda and Butch."
