Ariza Oakwood Apartments

"If I could leave zero, I would. We recently moved in at Ariza. Not only was the communication throughout the entire leasing process awful (nothing was prepared until we arrived to move in), but the code our door was improperly set up (2 days late) which resulted in having to call a locksmith. The leasing agent claimed it was after hours although she was physically in the office and it was prior to 6:00 PM at close. If I would have been aware this was the standard, I would’ve chosen an alternate complex. This is not a lease I look forward to keeping & am deeply disappointed that this has been our experience. I do not recommend among the many excellent complexes in this area."

"I've lived at Ariza for 6 months now. The apartments are nice and the staff is friendly. However, if you need any work or maintenance done in your apartment you are going to be out of luck. I've been requesting maintenance to repair my bedroom window for over 5 weeks now and have been in the office 6 times asking for someone to fix this issue. My utility bill is sky high because air is coming in from the outside. The front office says the same thing every time, that they're going to take care of it and yet still my bedroom is freezing for a month and a half now with not a single person stepping foot in my apartment. This is also the 3rd issue that has gone unresolved as far as maintenance. For $1400 a month I do not recommend moving here Just editing to say it's been over a week since I posted this and still nobody has stepped foot in my apartment to even look at this issue. We're coming up on 2 months since I first reported this problem to the front office. I will continue to come back and update every week as a warning to anyone who is considering moving here until the problem is addressed. This is by far the worst service I've ever received at any apartment, and ironically by far the most expensive"

"Kim and the rest of the staff/administration has been very kind, both thoughtful and considerate since day 1. I had a choice to go to two other apartment complexes and chose the Ariza at Oakwood hands down. I have witnessed the ladies deal with my neighbors, there tenants with nothing but class. Thank you Kim and the other 2 beautiful ladies as well. I appreciate you and thanks for all that you do for us here at The Ariza@ Oakwood. Mr. Erick Wade"

"Great experience, took a tour a few weeks ago as I am relocating into the city. Kim the assistant manager was amazing and so kind. She gave me a tour of the complex and the model that I would be staying in. I’m in love it’s so modern and chic! Kim has been very accommodating and helpful throughout this process, since I do not live in the city currently. Amazing staff, overall great move in special as well I would refer Ariza Apts to all."

"Went for a tour. It's a new complex so if you were to move in soon, you'd be the first in the unit which is great. Kim was our guide and she was warm and fantastic. The location was convenient, the amenities were beautiful and practical, and the layouts we toured (larger 1b and 2b) were functional. I can only give 4 stars instead of 5 since I'm writing this review based off of touring and not as an actual resident."
