Gravity at 255

"Lived here for a year and things with management and maintenance were always perfect. They were always kind and understanding of any questions we had. Inside the unit is a vinyl flooring that is new as of last year, but very cheap. Visualize wallpaper for flooring. Would have preferred to just have a concrete floor at that point. New counter tops were installed within the past year, but as they've settled you can already see cracks in the caulking. Installation was quick, but wish there was a little more care in the process.An odd quirk is having to bring your own washer/dryer. Unfortunately toward the end of our lease, we had very noisy upstairs neighbors move in who have children jumping off furniture till midnight some nights and a neighbor who chained their dog to their first floor patio. Around the property, there was a lot of unattended dog poop despite stations being very accessible and emptied promptly. I'd suggest DNA testing. Another resident stole some equipment from the fitness center. People speed through the community with vehicles and there are few sidewalks. Cars are sometimes left un-moved for months on end. Maintenance and management can only do so much, it's more so the community of residents or maybe even a select few that were discourteous."

"I lived here a year and a half and loved every moment… its a very quiet area close to alot of different stores.. the complex is very well kept, maintenance comes quickly to fix any issues you have and they are nice and professional and understanding in the leasing office… 10/10 would recommend living here"

"This property is very nice, clean, and so well maintained. Management and staff are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the property and the area. Work orders are always done in a timely manner. They always make sure the residents are being treated well and they keep you informed on what is going on, on property, which always makes me feel safe and secure. This is by far the best complex in Huntsville/Madison area!"

The office staff goes above and beyond to take care of any questions or concerns. The pleasantries and personalization with knowing the residents is astounding. The maintenance staff is above reproach. I have never had a maintenance staff to be so quick and efficient. All of my maintenance requests or needs have been met less than 24 hours from entering the request. I have stayed at many apartment communities between Madison & Huntsville and this one amazes me at the attention to detail. From the amenities to the appreciation, I would recommend Gravity at 255 to anyone looking for a nice apartment community."
