"This is an amazing little community! Mostly.. [or all, not positive..] very quaint and cozy different styles & sizes of trailers! It is a nice trailer park community; with a population of more seniors than family & young children; keeping it in a great place for seniors and a quiet life! Perks!: Community Pool! Community area! "New management doesn't return calls or emails. They keep raising pricing and adding extra charges (that per the lease are a no charge item). All lots cost the same now, no matter the size. Per your reply to my review: you can improve by calling me back when you say you will. I've already contacted you 2 weeks ago and again today, but no response back. Update 6/5/23: rent has increased exponentially under new management with no improvements."
