"I have lived here for 5 years overall 5 stars but recently 3 stars, as I have learned In extreme emergencies there is no communication. Recently No toilets no nothing. They never warned us that we would be without water for twenty four hours. Someone like myself with a medical condition this could be difficult. So consider that if you check the place out."

"When I was looking for an apartment Alex from the leasing staff called me back and helped me complete all the paperwork because I was still living in Oklahoma. The property is clean and quiet and the maintenance staff has been fast and professional when needed. I love it here."

"I had a 15 month lease. For the most part I loved where I live. Quiet community and mostly friendly neighbors besides the one tenant that in moved after I did and harassed me and my family making my stay unpleasant. I don’t like paying more for utilities than I should. They divide their total bill among their reside and the more people on your house the more you pay. Late fees are ridiculous. Be sure to pay between the first and the third otherwise you will pay $50 on the fourth and $10 a day until you pay in full. Pest control is not as regular as it should be."

However, just a few weeks later on August 2nd, a distressing issue arose as the upper-floor bathroom began to leak, causing the ceiling of the guest bath to deteriorate. After a span of two weeks, a contractor was at last dispatched to assess the situation. In light of these unforeseen circumstances, I approached the management seeking reparation. Regrettably, their response, articulated by Alex, was that such compensation was not within their policies. Consequently, I find myself in a situation where the desirability of residing in this establishment is in question. It is my aspiration to locate a dwelling where the management values and acknowledges the significance of their tenants' well-being and satisfaction."
