"I took a tour of their 1bedroom 1 bathroom unit & it was extremely small, it might as well be a studio; The in unit “washer” is also a combination dryer located in the bedroom closet that is extremely small as well. Lastly, the woman giving me the tour had a very condescending attitude once I told her where I am trying to move from. Don’t even waste your time looking into this place."

"We had a severe power failure on Tuesday 7/25/2023. Lester the maintenance supervisor did a great job getting our power back on. Lester stayed on the Property until all inspections was completed and Huntsville Utilities restored power. Lester checked on residents through out the day who had health concerns ensuring they were good. Lester exemplified leadership and accountability. Awesome Job Lester!!!!"

"Maintenance would take forever to address the issues I had. When they would come, most of the time you could tell they barely paid attention to the issue. My AC unit was out for 4 months IN THE SUMMER before they decided to replace it. By that time 2 weeks later I moved out. The old maintenance team was who wouldn't fix it. Once the new leasing office took over, they immediately replaced my AC unit. However, the shower faucet was beyond annoying and would come out of the wall almost. The washer/dryer unit is a 2-in-1 and it was so pointless I would just go to the provided laundromat. The tenants below me would smoke weed and cigarettes and I could prominently smell it straight up in the bathroom. Bugs were an issue as well. Regardless, the new leasing office is amazing. They actually care about everyones well-being."

"Definitely the worst bug infested place to rent I have ever seen. You bet they are pet friendly, above and beyond human friendly. Cats and dogs allowed to create havoc all night, even though humans should be quiet from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. In addition, they invade your privacy so they can claim they made repairs. They break all of their own contracts, then try to make you pay more money when you move out."

"I lived here from 2014-2019 as my first apartment on my own. Management switched each year I stayed there. I had multi issues over the years some got handle & some I had my father come fix but it was common issues nothing major till the last two months of my stay. But the new management Briana handle the issue right away. She is so far one of the best lease management Tara Garden could have. She reply within 48hrs. Thanks I enjoyed my couple years."
