"Worst apartment complex in the Huntsville area. Management is a complete joke. Called health department and management company. The cigarettes and marijuana smell has made me sick for months. My sons allergies are over the top with mold in apartments. Thank goodness we are out of here in just a few days Only gets better with these folks in the office. Finally got out of this rat infested hell hole check out the videos if the huge rats! They sent us our final bill which I think they should pay everyone to live in this deplorable place. My husband tried three times to go by the office to pay our bill in full but guess what the office was closed all times during times they should should be open. So he then sends cashier check certified it yo the corporate office. Today almost two weeks later after corporate received the cashier check do they send us a letter stating we are late and they will take legal action . Mind you this is not the first harassment letter this is the third. The people they gave in the office has no business being in a management position. I have already contacted health department. No I guess lawyer is next for harassment . What is kind of funny to this situation is the response they give in these reviews are the same. Called office numerous times no answer stopped by several times doors were locked several days no one came into office pretty sure this was one of the times we had no water. That was regular occurrence. I truly feel this placed caused my teacup Pomerania to get sick. He was fine before living here then about 2 months in he got a neurological disorder and after moving out of this rat infested apartment Henry had to be put down."

"I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now. 1st year was okay until I started getting roaches falling from the ceiling every day. Many residents have told me they have total roach infestations. Things progressively got worse. The gate has been broken pretty much the whole time I’ve lived here and they won’t fix it. The gym equipment is all broken and rusted beyond repair. Maintenance man told me that over 100 AC units were broken at the height of the summer. Office staff does not answer the phone or respond to emails. They raised my rent $200 and refused to fix many maintenance issues until I had contacted them over 100 times between phone and email. I pay $1,250 for a 1b/1b that has roaches and water damage and is not renovated (popcorn ceilings and white refrigerator). No amenities are included because most of them are broken. My utility bill is nearly $100 every month and that is not even including water that is through the apartment. This is due to lack of maintenance on windows, water heaters, and AC units. Please do not move here. You’ll regret it."

"In a nice area but drove through the complex bc the gate was wide open, and it's alil ghetto. Too many window ac units when it's supposed to be central air. HUGE red flag."
