"Just moved in recently, and wanted to highlight a couple of things about one of the employees. Yolanda is a great example of what every company, organization, or business should look for in an employee. Moving is stressful already, but Yolanda made it as stressless as possible. Things happen and clickers to parking decks don’t work in the middle of the night, haha, but Yolanda shows up, let’s me in, and gives me a working replacement probably having woke from a dead sleep. It really brings me comfort in knowing this property has someone that works here, and cares like she does for the tenants."

"I recently moved into The Avenue. I first spoke with Yolanda on the phone, as I was renting "sight unseen". She is professional, knowledgable, personable, kind, and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond her duties to help me find the perfect apartment for me. When I first arrived, we hugged, as if we were old friends. Johnathan, Jasmine, and Yolanda all helped make my move in an easy experience. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops, the Huntsville Museum of Art, parks, trails, and everything else you could want. I love it here. Thank you Yolanda!"
