"Dont move here. Roach infested. They make you pay out of pocket for damages because it is “in the lease agreement.” High rent for noisy neighbors, dirty floors, subpar amenities; bedroom doors probably won’t even close or lock properly. If you are moving here from out of town…don’t. Look elsewhere. Other reviews are probably lies or even given a discount."
"If you can afford to move somewhere else please do it. It's been problem after problem since being here. The office staff is nice and friendly to get you in here but when you're here you're ignored. Currently, I have a leak in my kitchen, and it's leaking from the light fixture. That can def cause an electrical fire--but are the concerned? not until the building burns down I guess. I was brought a fan and told to use that to dry the area. I can barely cook in the kitchen because there are buckets everywhere && constantly having to mop up water. When I email the staff they don't reply back but have the nerve to have a snarky attitude when you call to check the status of stuff. Update: 9/15/23. My original review is a year old. I moved out 6/2023 I wanted to come back and say, I’m glad they got new staff. They actually seem to care and are professional. Staff can make or break a place—as you can tell by the recent reviews."
"The almost two years I've spent here has been a pretty decent experience. The building is older so sometimes I've had noisy neighbors but the maintenance people are pretty quick to come out and help."
"Staff is very friendly, helpful, and punctual. However with the amount of residents and amenities, it is hard to relay messages. Would be nice to have a drop box to relay non-urgent messages like a yellow jacket nest in the fire extinguisher box in the K building."
"Made my moving process very easy. Staff in the leasing office are always extremely nice and understanding if I had any issues. Very pleased!"
