"Literal have to drive way to the front just to dump your garbage, you have to pay them to pay your own rent and light bill. They don’t fix anything. Well on their own time . The place is not worth 1300"
"Fine for short term but I would not move back here nor recommend it to anyone. There was water damage upstairs and my family and I have been paying for it ever since. Mold keeps coming back and ruining everything we own. Management’s response has been to wipe it up, but not address the bigger issue. They told us they were going to do an inspection but it’s all talk. This issue has been going on for 2 years and I regret even moving here after the initial false advertising in their apartment photos. Now if you like mold, then emerald ridge is the place for you!"

The look of Emerald Ridge drew me in with the wonderful landscape and cleanliness and all of these things have led me to want to renew my lease for a third time!"
"My experience with this place has been professional and outstanding from day one. I’ve always spoken to and worked with Gabriel - he’s very accommodating, knowledgeable, attentive, and overall a pleasure to work with. I love my apartment and building; it’s very quiet and I feel safe here. My neighbors seem nice, as I haven’t heard any complaints about my 2 y/o nephew or dog being too loud! The area is clean overall, the pool is refreshing. And maintenance always greets me in passing. A few times Ashley has answered the phone and was professional and made sure I was taken care of. So far, I’m pleased with my choice with Emerald Ridge."
