"I've been gaslit, lied to, called a liar, ignored, and insulted by the staff at this complex. But I'm assured they "love me" because they made me breakfast this morning. Made is generous, as breakfast was a brown paper bag containing a granola bar, a pack of fruit gummies, a bag of those disgustingly gooey muffins, and a juice box. This is not a cheap complex (none of them are), and that "breakfast" was an utter joke. I've lived here for 2 years and they have not once before made breakfast for us. This happened not long after they made the news for radon contamination. I don't know if there is actual radon contamination, but the insighting incident is fairly obvious. If I thought any apartment complex in Huntsville was going to have better staff, I'd move. It's a great location and the groundskeepers are effective enough that living here isn't actually as bad as the staff's habits would imply. The staff is virtually the only reason I can complain about this place, but they're just that bad."

"Don't move here! the office people are very rude but nice when you 1st move here until you start having issues that need to be resolved . They are poorly built very thin walls can hear everything. Lights flicker on and off randomly. They have mold they have been covering up allowing new tenants to come in. Dog poop everywhere random visitors take up parking spots that you should have available for your own place you pay for and more! I will not recommend this to anyone!"

"The units look nice and updated; the cost of each unit depends on its features (floor, view, finish, etc.). The fees are nicely broken down by the handout. I really enjoyed how spacious the bathroom felt. The complex looks well organized and is gated at the road, but the property is not fenced, which makes me feel like the gate is a superficial security measure. The amenities are co-located with the main office at the community entrance. There is little parking there so you'll have to park elsewhere and walk. The fitness center, clubhouse, and game room are air-conditioned and look well kept up with (it doesn't look like they get used much); the salt-water pool also looks nice and inviting."

"Recently moved in and love this place! The office staff is phenomenal and very friendly, maintenance staff is great and was very quick and helpful for some minor things when I moved in. The location is great and feels like a very safe area as well. I highly recommend considering this place!"

"Just finished moving my son in. The apartment is very spacious. A couple of items could have used a better cleaning. He is excited to start this journey and start his new job."
