"Hi, I usually don’t do reviews but I would like to say that, I am thankful for the lady’s in the office that has been very helpful, Amberlee, Trinity, and Angie. There definitely has been some positive changes over the past month and I believe it will continue to get better. The parking lots have been being cleaned, and they have been staying on top of maintenance request. The property as a whole is starting to look better. Close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Definitely a good area to live."

"The owner of this facility is nothing short of being a slumlord. They have no maintenance... No matter what they tell you or what they have on paper, their maintenance is non existent... It shouldn't take them 2 1/2 months to come to your apartment and dealing with a plumbing issue. We have four open claims or requests that have been in their system for 2 months now and nobody has responded. The black mold in the apartments are disgusting. When you go by to visit this facility, the office and the gym area are pristine, state of the art, but the living facilities themselves should have been bulldozed years ago. No matter what living unit they show you, that will not be the unit they give you once you arrive... And they will not let you see in the apartment until after you have paid for it. You can go to other facilities, pay a little bit less money and have a better place to live."

"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was robbed a week after I moved in and the office did nothing. Someone attempted to rob me in May and took my screen door off. The work order to put my door back on sat open for two months before being completed. My apartment is filled with mold and water and the office refused to reply to my emails. The maintenance team let themselves in completely unannounced without knocking and scared me. They also came in to look at my apartment flooding and left and never locked my door back. DO NOT COME HERE, YOU WILL BE IGNORED"

"This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. My apartment was flooded for over 3 months and nothing was done about it for months. Holes were all in my walls and nothing was done about it for months. My account was completely messed up. I’ve referred multiple people and still haven’t received my $500 credit. One minute the front office are walking me through a payment plan to get back on track and the next minute they are putting my family on the street from mistake they made in the past. Just absolutely poor management performance from the front office. Absolutely would not recommend."
