"I'm supposed to see them for a follow-up on my sleep apnea, but I have not heard from them since my first visit over a year ago. The guy doctor I saw was rude and the front desk told me they would call me back for a follow-up. I never heard from them. I saw the doctor for “less than five minutes”."

"I saw Dr. Ensminger and he prescribed a scrip that was going to cost over $400! I called the office back and got put on something else. When I had a question about a month later and FINALLY got someone on the phone after calling and leaving a message for her several times, she told me the new scrip wasn't in my records! I went on to give her all the details and she said she had updated my record. I had my 3 month follow up appointment today and lo and behold, at the very top of the prescription page I had to verify was the first medication that I NEVER TOOK and the one I've always been on was nowhere on there. After speaking with Dr. Ensminger about my current condition, I told him about the terrible communications with his office. His reply to me was: "If you would like to help me find more qualified people to work here, I welcome the help. We do the best we can with what we have." I nearly fell out of my chair! He wasn't the least bit concerned about the incorrect information on my medical record OR the poor patient communications. He even acted angry that I mentioned it. Do not go to this doctor if you value having a correct medical record!"

"Dr. Williams is great. She listens to your concerns and then offers potential solutions. She doesn't insist that her way is the only way. Offering and listening to people's different ways to solve a problem, she treats you as a person, not just a patient."

"Dr. Williams is very nice and a great physician. However the support staff who deal with answering the phone or taking referrals is an absolute mess. They NEVER return calls! They don't notify the doctors when new lab work or tests are turned over either. It's very unnerving when CT scans are passed along to the staff and they don't ensure the doctor is updated about the new tests and can thusly review the scans. Staff needs retraining IMHO."

"Dr. Lisa Williams has always been courteous, caring and concerned when taking care of my mother. She is soft spoken, so I attend the appointments due to Mom's hearing loss. Dr. Williams talks to Mom, but makes sure I am aware of any new medicines or instructions. She doesn't ignore my mother or talk only to me like many doctors do when an elderly patient has a daughter or son at the appointment. My mother and I really like and trust her."
