"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! The old management was fantastic but new management is completely horrible mainly a supposedly corporate woman named REBBECA. Our apartment has flooded continuously with no fixes or efforts to be fixed this has caused health issues for all of us but mainly our 9month old son!!! My husband was the courtesy officer and when he said something to them about the flooding they told him since he feels like he can’t fulfill his “duties” as a courtesy officer they should probably look for a new one. This issue has nothing to do with his duties as a courtesy officer and I’ll be damned if we live like this just for a position. Would never recommend this place to even the homeless!!! (These are just some of the pics over the past few weeks). And yes we’ve told them numerous amount of times about this issue"
"Best place I’ve ever lived it . Best apartment in Huntsville most amenities you definitely will get your moneys worth I wish I could renew my lease I just recently bought a house the staff is amazing once again the amenities are amazing and makes you feel at home no matter where you at. All the neighbors are friendly. The location is great you’re around everything. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. The staff is amazing. Maintenance workers are there all the time. 10/10⭐️"
