"The front office staff is great. Dr. W I at first that was caring and wanted to assist. I have Fibromyalgia. I requested forms for intermittent leave for him to c ok mplete. First he wouldn't f Do it he was going out of town and booked. I paid my copay and everything. He wouldn't see me. I had to make an appointment when he returned. He cometed the for however put for me to have 1 day a month for Fibromyalgia. If I have a flare up 1 day a mont isn't enough. He doesn't seem to care to treat me. And got upset when I went to urgent care and they changed my meds."
