"I have been a patient here for many years. Sue Payne is my primary provider, but I have seen Mary Beth Martin and Dr. George Harris at times. They have all taken care of me. Sue listens to her patients and seems to make sure she has heard all of my concerns. She is always pleasant and caring. The nurses are also friendly, professional and listen carefully. The technician(s) who take my blood do so quickly and efficiently. I have experienced other places that have to poke around multiple times or call in another tech in to help. But here, they don't seem to have any problem. I read through some of the reviews here and noticed that some people complain about the front desk. I will admit that I have been frustrated with front desk service in the past, but it was several years ago. The last several times I have been to the office over the last couple of years, everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend the office and I can be hard to please with regard to medical providers."

"I have used Sue Payne CRNP at the Springville as my PCP for many years. She has always been professional, thorough, and respectful. Over the years she has been there for me through many life events (happy and sad) and I always knew she had my back. I hope she works a few more years as I get older I know I will need her kind and competent care. The office nurses are friendly and efficient, always cheerful and helpful. The clerical staff is very professional but friendly and kind if I have a problem. The office is always clean and orderly. Waiting time is usually minimal and in office paperwork is very limited for the patient."

I can honestly say Dr. Harris is one of the most intelligent and well-rounded physicians I've ever met and cares deeply about his patients. The same can be said about Sue Payne, his CRNP, who is incredibly kind and always takes the time to get to know her patients. The medical team works collaboratively the way healthcare should. You don't see that much anywhere else these days. They also have walk in hours that I have utilized numerous times when I have woken up unexpectedly ill. Keeps me from having to use the much less competent urgent care facilities. I know my health is in good hands with Dr. Harris and Ms. Sue. You can't go wrong choosing this team as your primary care team. They are the best not only in St. Clair County, but the surrounding counties as well!"

"Dr. Harris and his staff are phenomenal. I drive almost an hour to see Dr.Harris and the trip is absolutely worth it. Ive been sick for a few years now and when no one else cared enough to listen or dig deeper into the issue, he did. He takes his time speaking with me and actually listens. Anytime I request labs, or need to be squeezed in without an appointment he always comes through! Sometimes if im too ill to come in we will communicate through patient portal. He always responds in a timely manner and will call in medications if needed. The office is always clean. And the worship music in the waiting room is the icing on the cake. If youre looking for an amazing doctor and practice, you should definitely try this one!"
