"My husband and I moved in around March 2022. Shortly after, maybe a week or so, our AC went out. we reported it and they, fixed it fairly quickly. A couple of months go by and our hot water heater goes out, I contacted maintenance and they came and fixed it. So everything was fine for the first few months, they were resolving the issues. A few months ago some other things started getting bad. The left side of the kitchen sink gets stopped up so bad you might as well only use the right, the dishwasher quit draining, so I can no longer use that.. the hot water has went out again for a second time. The sink in the upstairs bathroom is severely clogged and has been since shortly after we moved in… we tried unclogging it a bit and it didn’t do much. The lights in that same bathroom and the master bedroom flipped when I was using my hair dryer one day. I have contacted maintenance over the app, and tried calling the office multiple times for maintenance, but it sends me back to the main menu. I’ve even GONE UP THERE and a lady asked me to write down everything wrong and told me that they’d have someone come out. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still have all these issues. I’ve been here 7 months, and at this point can’t wait for my lease to be up. They aren’t doing anything to fix these issues, and don’t seem to care too much about their residents. Wouldn’t recommend."

"My apartment has mold growing around and inside the door where the a/c unit and hot water heater is. I bought a $25.00 air filter two weeks ago and it is filthy. I have chronic asthma and bronchitis and I have been having health issues because of this. Well the new owners just came to inspect the mold in the closet where my unit is and stated she did not see mold, but would send out the vendor to check. I did not have issues with my asthma until moving here and my doctor has given me a letter to give to them. As she was leaving she stated that sometimes we need to reach out to Jesus because I said I was going to reach back out to my pulmonary specialist. Implying indirectly that I need to reach out to Jesus and I told her that statement was disrespectful and she didn’t know my relationship with God! I am so disappointed because Ms. Carter is very helpful and works in the office. I have only been here for three months and prior to moving here I had no issues with my asthma it was under control."

"Wouldn’t recommend this place unless y like tricks and scams. When I moved out I returned everything and even cleaned the house with my brother and best friend too to bottom. They waited 6months after I moved out to have collection call about a long, laundry list of bogus charges about having to clean the carpet and etc. The one that killed me the most was 40 dollars for drip pans? You could legit get a set of those from dollar tree for a $1. The managers had my contact info down to my new address and never reached out to me about any charges before putting my name and rental history at stake for som BS charges that were all handled prior to me returning their keys."

"Dangerous and management is horrible! My place got broken into within the first 30 days while I was away on business and management boarded up my window and didn’t even inform me or leave a maintenance ticket! And the insurance is not worth a damn! I broke my lease and had to pay $1300 and then they put a collection on my credit for nearly $500 for a key! Really..."
