"My family came in from Chicago and needed to be near us, shops, and good restaurants and they absolutely loved this hotel!!!! The location was perfect and the hotel was very clean, nice, reasonable,and convenient."
"The rooms were perfect and clean,and the service was friendly and attentive. There was a heavy lingering smell of marijuana throughout the lobby and hallways, but it didn't smell bad....just very strong...."
"My experience was bad! I went to tell the front desk clerk about the mold in my bathroom and tell her about the drug activity I just witness. The clerk was very rude and dismissive about each concern. She stated that drug activity happens over that way all the time and before I leave I will probably see a lot more things go on. That was very disturbing. Her attitude was very nasty. When I asked what can be done about the mold or mildew in my bathroom, her response was “nothing, I will have to call someone later to see what can be done, but I won’t get done today.” She gave my entire family a hard time abcs even went to sleep on the job late a night making it to difficult for my grandmother to get into the hotel. The cleaning lady just so happen to walk by and let my grandmother in. The room itself wasn’t too bad, just the bathroom and the service! I would not recommend, unless you like mold and drug activity."
"Rooms are okay, they're clearly older but they're clean. Don't expect to go to sleep early or sleep in late, you can hear every bump and step anyone makes in the entire building. Very, very noisy. Service at the front desk is great, but breakfast is lacking- out of bacon and eggs just after 8am, and they had no intention of making more even though breakfast goes until 9. Had to ask for some to be made. At least the location is good."
"The staff is very friendly and helpful, I’ve stayed twice and the rooms were always very clean. Morning breakfast was also some of the best I’ve had at a hotel."
