"Rooms werent clean. People were constantly pacing around outside our room. When we got to our room, our door was open/unlocked. Did not feel safe at all."

"Located in a bad area of town. Front desk staff is 50\50 (half of the staff is rude and has a better than thou attitude, the other half are nice and friendly. Maid service is the best and most efficient. Rooms rented out around the you've rented are terrible, the people in said rooms yell and beat.. (I don't mean knock, but they beat on the doors all night) The door beating starts around 10 pm and continues till 4 or 5am"
"I don't mind it here because they are attentive if you need something. If something is wrong with the room they either fix it or move you to where you would be more comfortable. There is always someone in the office or walking around. Very understanding and nice people. Also they are painting to make it pretty again."
"Don't sleep on this one, y'all! In my opinion, this Motel 6 is one of the best hotels in Bessemer, AL and the Birmingham area! The landscape is well kept and clean with beautiful flowers all over. On the inside, you can tell that the rooms are recently remodeled & updated with brand new flat screen TVs that are hanging on the wall, new & clean microwaves and the best feature being the new & pristine full size refrigerators that make ice cubes! I love to relax at the pool, it is super clean and feels great! The washer and dryers work great and are only $2 each! Score! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Mr. P is so nice and makes sure that your stay is a great one! I always have an A Plus, 5 Star stay here at the Motel 6."
