"I moved into one of the newer units last year around October. Right off the bat i was met with a plethora of issues(my heater didn't work, didn't have a knob to the hot water for the tub, my water would not even run out of the tub neither and i had a huge water burst/extraction under the kitchen sink (pic included below) just to name A FEW. I've been patient ever since I got here. The community manager(I'll just call her Mrs.T) seems to be nice, howbeit, she has been quite silent on my recent and latest water issue. My bathroom had a water extraction(water was coming up from under the toilet, which attracted LEACHES) and it has left water trapped under my vinyl flooring. I'm in need of a carpenter...the flooring needs to be taken up so that the water can properly dry. I wanted to give this place a chance. And I did even, howbeit, as old creepy Joe said, "My patience is wearing thin". The last maintenance guy was cool, tried his very best too. And it didn't go unnoticed, I will call him Mr.Alon(trying not to put anyone's real name out there. As of now, I do not see myself renewing my lease."
"Mrs. Tonatha Evans the Community Manager was very nice and reassuring. She was helpful in so many ways. Villa Glen is one of the only apartments that answers the phone and actually help you, any questions you need answers too she had them. I truly appreciate her help through the whole process."
"I’ve lived here for 3 years now and its horrible . The only good thing is the neighbors . Its fairly quiet but they cant keep a property manager or a maintenance team. The rent is way too high for the unit, they dont give you new carpet or pay a professional to clean it (as they should) . They take forever to do work orders and they have no problem lying to you . The phone is always either busy or going straight to voicemail and the maintenance men can’t fix anything . If you move over here make sure everything is working because once you’re in they do not care ."
