"I moved to AL from TN to continue my education. I lived in Cloverdale Garden Apts for a few years. I lived in a 1bd rm and a 2bd rm apt. The 1BD was $425 (2019-2020) and the 2BD was $575 (2020-2021). This was my very first apt and I was just grateful to have found something I could afford as a student. CONS: -Trains run about every 2-3 hours, including major holidays and late at night. Its very annoying. -No central air, you need a window unit and you have to keep it running otherwise the heat will choke you out. -No on-site laundry or wd connection -In the 1bd rm, the walls were very thin and I constantly heard the downstairs neighbors arguing -Had to really deep clean the 1bd when I first moved in PROS: -Affordability, **although I believe they have raised their prices by more than $150. Check for current pricing -Property manager Morgan, I always had positive experiences with her - Quick maintenance -Spacious and plenty storage areas and closets -Always parking, either on the street or in the parking lot. -Next door to a park -Food tastes better when cooked over fire For the most part I enjoyed my experience at Cloverdale Garden Apartments. I moved because I found somewhere cheaper, with WD connections, central air, and closer to my job. The pics are from when I first moved into my 1bd rm. The pple b4 me had a fire so I had to clean it up. These were my best option because I was new to the area and needed housing quickly. My experience in the 2bd rm was much better than the 1bd rm. I deadbut didn't know that there was better out there because I didn't know where to look and I didn't have any guidance from locals."
"The maintenance here is VERY slow. Also, they need to change pest control companies because the one they are using, Knox, is not getting rid of this infestation. Everyone in here has a roach problem. Convenient location and Very quiet neighborhood."
"Kicked my man and his family out. He passes away ten days later. I wonder, does it bothers them. Probably not. Just the course of doing business, I guess. It would bother me though."
