"It's okay for living at the time being but just save up to move into a better place. In my apartment I can tell there has been water damage that they've tried to fix. Are comes in around the sliding glass doors because they're not insulated well so you're heating goes up in the winter time more than it should. And you've got to pay attention to what they charge you for rent because they charged me for renter's insurance even though I had my own."

"I stayed at these apartments when they were brand new. They were great. I stayed in apt. 22 it was an upstairs unit. I moved in Nov. 2012. I know that since I resideded there the property had been bought and sold 3 times. I moved out in 2020. The property had a terrible leaking problem. They would dig up areas in the courtyard just to find out where the leak was coming from. Then they would cut your water off without notice. Always citing an EMERGENCY that they couldn't give the residents notice. But it happened every few weeks. You would be without water ALL DAY. My roof also leaked for 4 straight years everytime it rained (see pics). They never fixed the problem. They only sent some Hispanic gentleman to put sealant on the roof (see pics below). It started in the bedroom then progressed to the bathroom. I also have videos of my bedroom flooding during a thunderstorm. Water stains started to develop on the walls and ceiling. Each new property owner/manager always claimed to know NOTHING about the problem. Even though before they bought the property they would come into my apt and take pictures. I always hoped they would be the people to finally fix my roof properly but no one ever did. There were numerous problems with maintenance themselves but this post is already too long. I finally moved out when I got pregnant because I was afraid that the apt could be suffering from mold from the water damage. I wasn't taking that chance with a new born."

"The worst place to stay! The management is horrible just concerned about money! The maintenance people tear up more then they can fix. Never answers the phone you always have to go there. The manager is always gone and leaves the horrible assistant who knows nothing to handle things while she is away! New management please!"

"I’ve lived at cedar creek court for 4 yrs and during the last few years of staying here have experienced some of the not so good side of this apt. We have had our house broken into multiple times in one year and on the final straw the leasing office is doing the minimum , not to mention that the window from the last break in has yet to be repaired and it has been a week later . Our windows and balcony lead to a hallway to another apt making both living spaces vulnerable for break ins. I have asked to have a window in my apt to be fixed for the last 5 months but no one has come to do anything to fix it. Our air conditioning has gone out multiple times in 2 months and we have went days without air on multiple occasions. The rent steadily raises but the service in my opinion has greatly decreased. It seems as if the complex is more worried about renovating than keeping its tenants happy and safe. I had really high praise for this apt when i first moved in but after awhile that praise began to become less."
