"I had the pleasure of scheduling my annual eye exam with Dr Terry this past week. He was very throughout with the exam and saw some concerning things with one of my eyes. I know he was busy at the time with other patients, but he took the time to make sure I understood his concerns and treatment. He was never in a rush and took extra time explaining things in great detail; in terms that I could understand. I had a follow up appointment this week where there was some unfortunate news that he had to give me. But he delivered the information to me with the utmost care and empathy and answered all of my questions before I left the office.
