"Came in with a new kitty we got a few months ago that was not doing good at all. The clinic was about to close and the vet was so incredibly nice to take her last minute at closing. She was really on her last leg! He worked with me and got her right by the next day. The staff was amazing keeping me up to date. This will be my forever vet from now on. Thank you!!!"
"This office needs to be sure to give informed consent prior to treatment. My dog went in today for annual shots. They completed the shots prior to showing a list of the shots including pricing. We ended up with a higher price than usual and it’s because they tacked on two optional medicines that we have always opted out of. They have no solution at this time. We won’t be going here again. I can understand if they can’t give the information in an emergency situation but for preventatives it takes two minutes to show a list. A difference of $125 can make a huge difference in someone’s ability to pay their bills. At least we are fortunate enough to bring our dog in at all. I’m not sure what our rights are at this point but we did not consent to those charges prior to the service."
"All of the staff and doctors are really great! I recently adopted a very sick little dog. They have shown genuine care and concern for him. They are always great with my big healthy girl too! I cannot thank them enough."
"Nurses were super friendly with my puppy. They made him feel welcome and loved even though he was nervous at first. He didn't even notice when he was given his shots, the nurse's are that good! Checking in was super easy and all staff are amazing! Highly recommend if you're looking for a GOOD vet that won't recommend unnecessary treatments and medicines for more money."
