"This is my 2ND review on this place! They sent me a bill for 24.00 and my husband went to pay it and they told him NO he THAT WAS WRONG, HE HAD TO PAY 60.00! I WAS LIVID when I found that out because I knew that was incorrect and I immediately called our insurance company ( Tricare Prime) and the lady confirmed that I was correct in knowing that he had been charged incorrectly! I worked in billing for 20 years and THEY CANNOT CHARGE YOU the DIFFERENCE between the WRITE OFF and YOUR COPAY! The first review was about the receptionists talking about what they were going to drink that night (coconut rum) and what drinks they were going to fix with it and what they were going to wear so my next visit they had a different receptionist thank goodness but they don’t seem to know how to bill! Please really look over your EON’s and make sure that you are aware of what you are and are not responsible for it could save you money and I mean it of money! B. Camar"

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would... I took my mother to get her ear checked due to a ringing noise. First of all, the front lady was very rude and had a huge attitude over the phone and in person. Dr. Kowall had an attitude the entire time that even his nurse saw because she said “He had a rough and busy morning”. Furthermore, Dr.Stutz was very kind, did a hearing test on my mom, and said there was something in her left ear that was a simple treatment. But Dr.Kowall said she needed an MRI. Which was crazy expensive. We got the MRI done at a nearby hospital, and they told us that they would fax the results to Dr. Kowall, and he would explain the MRI results and let us know the next step. A month goes by... nothing. We called the office, but they never responded. We eventually had to get the results ourselves at the hospital and go to another ear doctor. I would highly recommend you go anywhere but here."

"Great care from Dr Kowal and friendly staff. Very quick, no long waiting and current patients in office waiting room seem to be at ease, which gave me some sense of security. 5 Stars!!"
