"Hate giving bad reviews! This place tho... my primary care refered me to them for my depression and enxziety issues, when i came to see them, no one knew why i was there or what to do to help me! Finally i got to talk to one of their doctors, who looked at my medication and laughed, saying "typical American health care" for putting me on testosterone. Before i talked to anyone, they took my ins card, told me my deductible, i payed it. Now half a year later they call me to collect 400 dollars! What!? For what!? Idk if they help anyone but with me it was a complete waist of time and now they are triggering my anxiety! Wow"
"I have been coming there as a patient for 4 months now. I love Mary Wade's care, patience, and understanding. The administrator's help with Insurance assistance, medication help as well was impeccable polite, thank you, John and Mary! However, two front desk staff members are nonetheless superb. one lady, (Valerie) in particular has repeatedly asked about my personal life, belongings weight and hair. It was ok, I assumed at first, but it became repetitive where I felt that made it their business to know my life details. Shana, the other front desk receptionist always asked about my coffee creamer type, my bag or my hair, it wasn't professional or ok. During this time, a trainee is involved as well. I addressed the doctor and his administrator pertaining this matter. Before I Ieft, I adressed the front desk staff and told Shana and Valerie after asking about my belongings that, "It's NOT your business, It's my life." The administrator and nurse understood and are going to make sure it doesn't occur again. Good luck with your visit, folks. There is an apology in order."
