"Kind of a let down. My sister spent 2 hrs on the phone just to get me registered so that I would be able to be a guest on her acct. Being a guest I would be able to get a 'free' massage by going in her place one day. When we arrived, I was told there was registration paperwork I need to do, which included giving a credit card no. to put on file. I was assured that I would not be charged. A couple weeks after I got home from visiting my family, I saw a credit card charge of $130 for Massage Envy. So I called and spent an hour on the phone, just to hear in the end that actually they need to talk to my sister to get a refund! So she called and after waiting a week, nothing happened. I called myself again, and after another hour on the phone, I was able to get them to reverse the charge. It was unfortunately a total rigeramole! Not what we were expecting from this place at all. One would think they had they're paperwork in order by now, and that this was not the 1st time they had added a guest on an account before. Eye roll. To sum up... I did however have a very good massage and a nice lady who did it. She did talk about tipping like crazy tho and I was kinda turned off by that. My sister had already told me that she would probably not renew her subscription with them after this year was up. But after this experience, she will surely not be renewing her subscription after this year is finished."
"It was my first massage ever. I wasn't very comfortable at first but Kelliegh helped make me feel comfortable pretty quickly. She helped relive my stiff neck issue with just one visit which I wasn't expecting. I feel so much better today. Thank!!"
