"Omg I don’t even know where to start! This place was far most the worst experience I have ever had with a public business. This was my first time getting a colonic irrigation. The older lady that work there did not explain the procedure neither did she act as if she wanted to answer my questions about the procedure. Performing invasive procedures, someone should let the workers know that it will put the patient at ease if they let them know what’s going on. I saw a pitcher with some dark stuff, but didn’t know it was coffee until I went to the bathroom after I was done with the irrigation and saw the coffee on the counter which was the same coffee the worker was drinking. She was very impolite and I don’t understand why because me and my friends was very nice to her the whole time. As we got ready to cash out, I handed her my debit card in her hand. As she finished swiping it, she threw it to me. I asked her why did she throw me my card being that I nicely gave it to her in her hand and she responded that she didn’t mean to and that it was a habit. I left. The other older lady came to me as I was getting in my car and told me that her coworker was just old and that she was not a people person and that she didn’t mean any harm by throwing me my card. I told her there was no excuses being that working on public, you have to be able to treat your customers with respect. I will never go back to this place again or will I recommend it to anyone!!!"

"I’m on an 8 day vacation on the beautiful coast of Alabama but a neck injury sustained 5 days ago in Kansas City has only gotten worse after a 15 hour car ride from KC so we found Dr. Marcia at A Better Way. She came in on a Saturday to help me. She was gentle and 24 hours later, I am about in 90% less pain. I’m looking forward to the rest of vacation again! Also, the woman who runs the health store ( I forgot her name) is the sweetest person ever and very knowledgeable. I bought some quality CBD oil to help relax my neck muscles. Seriously impressed with these women!"
