"I have been there for community care before I know my VA insurance paid immediately for the services now I'm being told they just don't want to support veterans and accept community care because they don't want to fill out a referral sheet which is super easy. Thanks for not supporting veterans! Wouldn't recommend"

"I've have been coming to this practice for over 15 years to see. Doctor Charles Kirkland, if it was not for Doctor Charles Kirkland. I probably would not of graduated high school. He is one of the best Doctors at this practice. I've never had a problem, with the staff. Like ever. Everyone always look like they are. Enjoying the work they are doing. When I left my appointment, last time with Doctor Charles Kirkland. This is what I saw. Every single phone was pressed to nurses ears, receptionist ear. Scheduling appointments, calling in prescriptions to pharmacist. A very well oiled machine, giving 110% to provide care to all surrounding areas. This is a real review, from someone. Who really has been visiting this practice for over 15 years! Stop the hate and just get your meds and leave. Have a nice day."

"My experience with Daphne Family Practice has been nothing short of fantastic. Sure you have a wait a little for your appointment, but what doctors office doesn’t have a wait? The entire staff is lovely and I especially like the personal care and attention they give their patients. The office manager Paula was very accommodating during our visit and helped with all the concerns we had. We will definitely be changing our long term care to this office."

"Wait was long but everyone was super pleasant. I was a new patient so I had to arrive 30 minutes early. New patient check-in only took about 10 minutes and then I waited more than 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be called back by the nurse. I sat in the waiting room for almost 1.5 hours. The front desk staff was very friendly and you can tell they were well-liked by other patients often joking with them as they came through the door. My nurse was super nice and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Once the doctor came in, I feel like he took his time with me and I never felt rushed. I wish I didn't have to wait as long as I did but I've never found a doctor's office that didn't have that problem."

"I've been going to DFP since I was a child and every doctor I've seen within the practice has been wonderful (Dr. Kirkland, Dr. Robinson, and Dr. Thompson.) However, the customer care on the front-of-house side is often lacking. Receptionists or nurses that field phone calls are rude, short, hang up on you, don't call you back. I know the office is busy so they must have high phone traffic, but as the first point-of-contact for many patients, often in sick or vulnerable states, a little compassion on the phone can go a long way. It is clear from other reviews that this problem is persistent and has been on-going for quite sometime, so it is surprising to me that it hasn't been dealt with."
