"I was in a no fault accident. It has been the worst experience ever. My car is delayed being fixed by 1 day and they refuse to extend my rental car for 1 day. They are not holding the other person insurance company liable for anything. I'm stuck with no vehicle. The won't pay for the diminished value on my brand car that someone hit. They haven't informed on any information about this process either. The only good thing is the lady's that work in the office are very nice. They try be helpful. State farms poor service and leaving me strained with no vehicle is ridiculous. Someone hit me. Now I have to suffer. They do not take care of their clients."

"I've been with Nick Pate for about 7 years and have always had a great experience. When my daughter started driving i really liked that he brought us in to talk about things she would experience on the road. I believe it was better to come from someone else since as a parent kids get numb to our voices. I recently set up life insurance with Morgan and it was extremely easy. She went over all my coverages with me and made sure the policy was how i wanted. Was a great experience and would highly recommend the Nick Pate state farm office!
