Recently, unsatisfied with my continuing pain, indifferent medical attention, and lack of progress/improvement, I sought medial assistance from Comprehensive where I most often see Nurse Practitioner Kristi Ballentine. She immediately asked questions that were perceptive, showing her knowledge of my physical condition and revealing her genuine understanding and empathy. "The Providence Hospital branch needs a lot of work. Although appointment scheduling was excellent, call backs were significantly late. Sometime I had to call more than 5 times. The lack of communication between NP's and patient was less than acceptable. Other branches may be better but this was based on personal experience."
