I was utterly distraught to the point of tears and Ms. Rosetta at the call center stayed on the phone with me and helped me get it straitened out and moving. She was my saving grace today and I can't thank her enough!"

"Racist staff, if you are foreign with a difficult last name, they won't call you back until you are the last person waiting because I have seen one nurse assistant choose between my patient form and another... She chose the other American black person to be called back although I arrived first. She laughed it off with the front desk worker as she told her my last name was too hard to pronounce and dropped my form back on the desk. And yes, you have been observed and heard!! Also, after seeing the Nurse (because they are not real Doctors, check their certification) my prescription wasn't called in to the pharmacy despite my visit to the office and that being the main reason for the visit. Duration of 2 hrs and still no accomplishment. These people do not deserve to get paid, especially after opening at 8 am and calling the first patient back at 8:45 am. SHUT THIS FACILITY DOWN!!!!"
