"My first appointment was a success. I, tearfully and frustratingly explained my frustration with Humana military and pretty much begged them to take care of me after three PCM‘s. The reason for my visit was mainly to secure an appointment with an ENT specialist because I’ve been coughing and hacking and I can’t breathe. I explained all of this to them; they did not do their due diligence in finding out if the specialist was even taking new patients. This is on the PCM to ensure. Frustratingly, I called to explain this to the front office and was told the office manager would be getting back in touch with me. After 24 hours of no phone call, I give up. I can’t be that desperate for medical attention. I received much better care under Medicaid when my daughter was deathly ill."
