"I’ve been a patient for over 14 years and their office staff has steadily gone downhill over the last 5 years. Dr. Lambrecht is an amazing Dr, but I left the practice because of the office staff’s unprofessionalism."

"If you are ask how you have been doing be sure to say great. If you tell them you have had a yeast infection or bladder infection earlier in the year but have already been treated for it and doing good now. They will charge you a separate visit for that. Know i know why they ask so they can charge you for that not because they care."

"I have been at this office as a patient for over 23 years. Recently I saw Gallaspy III for some issues I am having that I wanted to have further checked out due to family histories. Instead of the caring doctor he used to be you now get just a few minutes of him standing to the side while the med student tries to listen to your heart. Instead of answering my concerns I’m told to take some medicine and see him for a follow up. The front desk staff is absolutely horrendous now as they literally set at the desk while patients were signing in talking about patients and how when one called (and they even said her name and birth date out loud) how she was overly friendly. One that is a hippa violation two that’s so disrespectful. This office needs to go back to the old ways of compassion and concern after all they are an obgyn and do see women for issues."

"This office is a terrible place. Things have truly changed. They greedy and money hungry so they will not decline new patients but you won't be able to see you OBGYN for 2 months AT LEAST. Ladies please care enough about yourself to find a better OBGYN"

"Great doctors, but absolutely insane wait times. Every time I have had an appointment (I've been there for 2-3 years) there is a minimum of 45 min upwards of 2 hours I've had to wait after my actually scheduled appointment time. Additionally the front desk staff seems to have a bit of a attitude and not able to answer most questions. Again love the doctors, always super nice, but company could work on operating systems a bit more."
