"waited 6 months to see a doctor. 6 days before my appointment they called to tell me I had to reschedule because the doctor would not be in. wanted me to wait 5 more months for my appointment, so a total of 11 months to see a doctor. absolutely ridiculous. doubt they would be as patient and wait 11 months to collect my money."
"I've been a long time patient with Dr Johnson. And most of the reasons for the 3 stars is due to changes in policies either due to management or Obama no care laws!!!!!!!! As far as Dr Johnson is concerned, he cared and listened to his patients much more when he was younger, and I believe some of that can be contributed to policies, but not all . I feel like I'm being rushed out now before I can finish saying what I need to!!!!!! But I'm sure most of you understand that it's almost impossible to get quality health care since OBAMA NO CARE went into effect. Dr Johnson is knowledgeable and a pretty good doctor. I just recommend that you write everything down before you go in and hand them the paper to read or keep, because that's the only way you'll be able to get everything out!!!!!!!"
"I have left a lot of doctors, not because they were bad, but because their organization was poorly organized and failed to deliver care efficiently. Ever wait all day to see your doctor because they are overwhelmed? Have you ever been told to go to emergency care? That won't happen with this group. I never have to wait more than a few minutes! I go to Dr. Shameer and he takes time to listen and delivers exceptional care. Just as important, his company uses online resources to make things easier for everyone. All my records are available online. Nurses call back quickly. It's possible to handle issues without going to the office if you're up to date on appointments. I am so thankful for getting both great care and having efficient organization."
"This is such an amazing clinic. They are very understanding and professional. They really listen to your concerns and explain things in detail for you. I couldn't ask for a better clinic. Also all my kids see doctors there and my kids love them. With them no question is a stupid question. They never make you feel unheard."
