"Brought my mom in as a walk in cause she was feeling dizzy was having trouble breathing. Sign her in and this lady walks through the door and the first thing she says is “What’s going on?” Repeatedly and with most irritated tone of voice and expression her face. I was shocked, and upset. She let us know that this was not a walk-in place, and that appointments were needed. She went on to tell us that they had a new system, and it was going to time to put my mom’s name in the system. We don’t care about all that. It seem like she she was trying to get rid of us. Then eventually she tell us that we needed to find any urgent care to go to, and that they weren’t going to see my mom. I’m sure this lady has dealt with a lot of people in her life, and from her life experience she could maybe picked nicer words and chosen a better tone to inform us. We left because we had no time to get angry argue with her. We just needed medical help for my mom. That’s my second time there, and that experience today was not a good one. * by the way who walks the through the door and just starts asking people what’s going on in the most irritated voice?I it was so off putting. Actually it was just plain rude."

"My first experience there was awesome! They explained everything to me. They had all my paperwork ready for me when I got there. My wait time was not long in the lobby. Once I got to the back the nurses listened to all my concerns in detailed and did not rush me. The wait time for the Doctor was not long at all. I saw Dr. Aggen and she was great as well! She went over everything I explained to the nurses and more! When I left there I felt so relieved it felt like a load was taken off....I would recommend anyone to Accordia Health!"
