"Absolutely incompetent. set an online appointment and waited for appointment just to find out they dont understand their virtual appointment settings or how it works. Waited half hour online and called twice to be put on hold just to find that out. I received a message immediately before my video appointment saying they need tests done at the center but it allowed me to schedule and wait for the video anyways even though the appointment was cancelled? They did not know what their prices were and had to give me to a receptionist to find out. The nurse was understanding but unable to really help me with anything which does not give me a good picture of how this office is ran."

"Worst experience ever. I was excited they had an Urgent Care that was so close to my house but now I don’t recommend anyone going there. The Nurse Practitioner misdiagnosed me even after I gave her my 20 plus years of history with tonsillitis. She refused to give me any antibiotics and stated it was a viral infection. I could understand if I was seeking narcotics or had drug seeking behaviors but I just wanted antibiotics so that I would be recovered enough to return to work on Monday. I ended up having to go to another Urgent Care where I was seen, diagnosed correctly and treated appropriately. Don’t waste your money or insurance’s money at this location."

"The care, kindness, and service I received at this Urgent Care far outweighed any Doctor's office I have ever been to. I was in Alabama for work, 1000 miles away from home, in a significant time crunch, and in a tremendous amount of pain. Deanna Negron and the nurse working with her that day took such amazing care of me while I was so stressed & out of sorts that it brought me to tears. They got me in and out as quickly as possible, and were truly some of the kindest people I have ever met. I could not recommend this Urgent Care enough! I was so touched by their compassion. "I brought my son in because he was so sick. We initially tried the Pediatric Urgent care but it had a 2-3 hour wait so we decided to try this clinic and Im so happy we did! I felt welcomed by the staff and they took such excellent care of my son! He tested positive for Flu A. The Nurse practitioner Deanna, was highly educated and her bedside manner blew me away! I have never experienced someone so personable and actually want to answer all my questions without rushing me out the door. We will be back!"
