Mobile Pediatric Clinic

"The office has a nice setup and staff are kind, however they have strict policies, especially when you mistakenly have a no show, which is frustrating because they have you literally waiting in a room for an hour until your seen by a pediatrician. They have no consideration of people's time and they overbook their patients. I feel that if your going to make your policies' strict, make sure you can see the patient in a decent time. I mean these are kids waiting for an hour. I had doctor "Rachel Wiley"."

"Do not take your children here. My oldest son went here for the first 4 years of his life and they were horrible to us! My son had bad eczema and allergies and Dr Mobley DID NOTHING! Not a prescription cream or an allergy test NOTHING! I requested blood work multiple times and was denied BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T WANT TO! Until I finally got fed up with the lack of care because the eczema was getting worse and so were the allergic reactions. I left and went to a new doctor and on DAY ONE she did blood work for both my now 5 year old and my 2 year old as well as the allergy test and even got him some allergy medication as well as a medicated ointment for the eczema. If I could sue for the lack of care given to my kids I would! This place sucks and if you care about your kids take them to someone else."

"My kids see Susan Smith, who we love! She (& her staff) are absolutely wonderful, caring, kind, patient, really just all-around great! I did have some issues when we first started going there but we really liked Susan Smith from the very first appointment, so we decided to see if things would get better, thinking it may have just been a difficult time for the office at that time for whatever reason. I'm pleased to say that things got better! I'd like to mention that this review is for Susan Smith specifically. She was out one day when my son was sick & needed to be seen so they scheduled me with LaTanya Bryant. I don't like to bad mouth people & maybe she & her nurse were just having a bad day but I was VERY UNHAPPY with them & how they treated my son & I. I'm not one to overreact, not get along with people or have a problem with anyone for minor incidents or behaviors, but after that visit I refuse to take my children back to them. We'll wait for Susan Smith. There is another doctor in there that we also like a lot but I can't ever remember her name. She & her nurse are both young-looking (& pretty), kind, patient, smart, professional, lovely black women. I wish I could remember her name to recommend her as well but we've only seen her once or twice. She's in the left side of the office."

"Doctors are very well trained. Most of their work is computerized. Front desk is very polite and organized. I believe this is a great option if your looking for a pediatrician."
