"Worst haircut I've ever gotten. Asked for a low fade and got my hair taken off at random places. Asked to get me beard lined up and the stylist (Pat) pushed down my cheek line in some weird shape. I get my beard lined up almost twice a week, it has never looked this bizzare"
"I did not get my hairstylist’s name, but I had a terrible experience with her. I don’t mean to be too forward, but she honestly seemed like she was under the influence of something, acting abnormally shakey, working extremely fast, very rough with me, couldn’t hold a sentence with me, etc. and to top that all off the haircut was terrible! Patchy all over my head, streaks of lines where you could see exactly where she went over and what she missed. On top of it being a terrible haircut, it simply was just not even close to what I even asked for. Absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend this sports clips. I’ve been to plenty of sports clips before and always had a good experience, so I’m just digging into this specific sports clips and that specific employee."

"They have a punchcard reward system for return customers. Last time I was in, they offered to hold on to my card so that it would not get lost or damaged in my wallet. When I returned for a haircut today, I was told that new management decided not to store cards and they threw them away. This caused me lose my existing points. So instead of honoring their system for showing appreciation for loyal customers, they showed me that they do not honor their commitments and that they do not care about me as a customer."
