"Been here for both my son and my daughter and the ladies at the front desk on both side are so rude and impatient. They lack customer service and should be retrained on customer care. The ladies and the doctors in the back are super friendly and nice. They have great quality customer care. The doctors present great bedside manner. If the ladies at the front would be that way, the clinic would be great. The front desk is the first impression and the ladies up there have me not wanting to make appointments or sign in."

They also have a great team of nurses and staff that work alongside them every day to make each and every visit a great one. Dr. Wood is so caring and kind. "I have been going to Dr. wood for almost four years. She is dynamic. I love how she takes her to time to listen to every detail that I have about my children. I have never felt rushed or looked at like I am crazy. When Dr. Wood isn’t present, I adore Dr. Gilliam. I called this morning to find out that Dr. Gilliam is not there anymore. I am very sad about that because the same way I feel about Dr. Wood, I felt about Dr. Gilliam. By the way, I am a very cautious person when it comes to my babies. This office always finds a way to accommodate us. I absolutely love this doctor’s office."
"Dr. Wood and Dr. Gilliam are both fantastic and very nice. They educate you on what's going on and what you need to do so that you don't leave the visit clueless. You will not be rushed either. Staff is friendly enough. They have separated waiting rooms for sick patients and a well patients. However, sometimes people do not follow this, which is a big deal if you have newborns, but the concept is good. Talk with staff and they will accomadate you not waiting out with the other patients, if you have newborns or preemies. Also, we're usually in and out within an hour."
